Graduates of doctoral studies from the departments of Biomedical Engineering and Measurement and Automotive Production Ing. Branko Štefanovič, PhD. and Ing. František KUPEC, PhD. became the winners of the TOP Student Thesis competition, which is announced annually by UVP TECHNICOM and DEUTSCHE TELECOM IT Solutions. The works that bring new solutions with the possibility of real application in practice are appreciated. The competition was announced in three categories: Smart City, Health Care and Industry. Our graduates were the winners in the Health Care and Industry categories. The award-winning dissertation of Ing. Branko Štefanovič, PhD. "Innovative Approaches in Orthotics" won the Health Care category and the dissertation of Ing. František Kupec, PhD. titled "Design of an innovative solution of a car body part to optimize aerodynamics" won the Industry category.
