Position Summary
Providing technical and commercial support to customers, Distributors and our field based sales team, primarily within the M&E market.

Main Duties
 Use customer information to select and size appropriate Pall Products.
 Provide customers with quotations.
 Follow up quotations to secure orders.
 To maintain computerized records of activities and store them within the appropriate system databases. To meet the departmental and individual key performance indicators agreed with your Line Manager. To deal with Customer Technical and / or Commercial queries and complaints. To ensure customer satisfaction in line with our Customer First directive. To ensure that all enquiries and orders are dealt with in accordance with the quality manual. Contract review of orders for correct price, part numbers and conditions. To provide cover for other Internal Sales Engineers and the Telesales team in their absence. To liaise with other Pall facilities to meet customer requirements.
